is you should arrest after a car crash believed to be cause bide drunk driving. jerry brown has died and a teammate, josh brent, has been charged in his death. the first hour of america's news headquarters, starts with a report from our own casey stegele, live in cowboys stadium in arlington, texas. >> reporter: yeah. cowboys stadium behind me is quiet today because america's team is in cincinnati, playing the bengal this is afternoon. but we understand the team was briefed about this tragedy before their plane left dallas yesterday, that's when they learned that one of their teammates was dead and another one was behind bar, 24-year-old josh brent is expected to post bail later today from irving, texas, where he was arrested. police there say late friday night, early saturday morning, the cowboys' nose tackle left a club in dallas, was driving above the posted speed limit, hit a curb and flipped his car and investigators on the scene believe he was drunk. jerry brown, his friend and a dallas cowboys linebacker, did not survive the crash. >> the focus from our standpoint on behalf of

that comes out of the story of secretary of state, john kerry's seat will be open. will scott brown run. he put out a statement saying he would support an assault weapons ban. and politico shows him up significantly by 20 points on the top for democratic contenders members of the house in massachusetts. members of congress for massachusetts. but i would say this. scott brown benefits from a little bit of, he's got very proud statewide name recognition, he's been out there. people liked him although they re-elected elizabeth warren. most challenging him don't have a strong name recognition. i would caution reading too much into these polls right now. it's still so early. by the time the special election were to roll around things could be in a very different state and scott brown has a lot of liabilities like he did last time around in a liberal state. >> there's a kennedy in the mix for that spot. there's name recognition. >> and ed markey started running against john kerry in 1984. dropped out of the race. made a run 28 years later. brown, sure we discount the polls right now. the fact tha

want to get it brown. still want it to be rare. >> we can give everyone the idea of what to do. >> there's a finished here. what i do, i have some amazing panko bread crumbs. the japanese bread crumb. very light and crispy. i use some sage, rosemary and thyme. those are what i consider the winner herbs. they're heartier. salt and pepper again. a little olive oil. just make a paste. mustard. there are so many amazing mustards ton market now. this one i found it's black currant mustard. >> this smells really good. >> it's amazing. we're going to pretend that's a little more brown. you just want to get a little color. we're gonna rub it with this black currant mustard. you can use a whole grain mustard. >> it looks like that berry type of look. >> they have cranberry mustard which would also work very well with this. toss this. we're just gonna coat it with the bread crumbs. get that nice crunch with all the herbs. >> just on that one side? >> just on that one side. you can put garlic in it if you want to. we're gonna throw it in a hot oven about 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
